Mr. Claggett called regarding two separate apartments of his. He is requesting that we come and perform the needed regular maintenance and cleaning of the HVAC system and ductwork.
Our Solution:
We arrived at the location and inspected the two apartments. They are not adjoining apartments, so we performed the same process at each apartment one at a time. We saw the apartments hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time, so we successfully vacuumed out all the ventilation shafts, removing the accumulation of dust, dirt, and debris, leaving them cleaned out and in good shape.
